Finding a supercar for sale in an almost new condition is always a difficult task, especially when it is a car that was manufactured decades ago. Recently, one of such cars has reappeared on the used car market (which is actually quite new).
This Lamborghini Countach is part of the 25th Anniversary Edition (25th Anniversary Edition). This version of the Countach was first introduced in 1988 and this car was produced in 1990 and only 657 were produced. However, after thirty years of production, this Countach was barely used and the odo clock of the car only stopped at 135 km.
On the outside, this thirty-year-old super cow owns a black exterior (Nero Aldebaran) and a set of five-hole disc wheels that have become the symbol of this model. When launched in 1988, the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary was developed on the basis of the Countach 5000 QV. The exterior of the car is changed with new details such as the front bumper, the side and the characteristic air cavity behind the cockpit. The creator of these changes is none other than Horracio Pagani.
Inside, the cockpit of this Countach is upholstered in cream-colored leather with the seat trim contrasted by black. Even, the interior compartment of this car is also very carefully preserved by the interior plastic that Lamborghini has wrapped up to deliver to its owner thirty years ago.
Similar to its base version – the 5000 QV, the Countach 25th Anniversary Edition is powered by a 5.2 liter naturally aspirated V12 engine that uses a carburetor. This engine block can produce a maximum capacity of 449 horsepower and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. The power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission, so the car can accelerate to 100 km / h in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 295 km / h.
This Countach is a vehicle sold in North America, so it is equipped with a shock absorber in the front bumper to be legally circulated in this market. Currently, this car is being sold in Lamborghini Montreal, Canada for 799,900 CAD, or 568,496 USD, on par with a new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ at the moment.
